Gene Therapy

Gene therapy is a technology with high expectations at the forefront of today’s medicine. Abnormal genes or abnormal function of genes cause many diseases directly or indirectly. Recently, knowledge on such relationship between genes and diseases is expanding rapidly as the result of post-genome studies. Gene therapy is a new way of treating diseases by giving a gene to patients as a drug, allowing quick application of the leading-edge information into practice. Gene medicine is expected to become the core medical technology of this century.

At ID Pharma , therapeutic genes are placed on ID Pharma ’s vectors in hope being used to treat diseases with high efficacy.
